ABOUT
About Yakatabune Mirai-go
The Mirai-go houseboat was revived in 2021 to replace the Takaramaru, which was washed away in the Great East Japan Earthquake. The Mirai-go, set in the port city of Hachinohe, will offer a new sightseeing experience, enjoying the view from Hachinohe Port, which connects to the Pacific Ocean, and from the Araida River, which flows through the city. Enjoy a relaxing time while savoring dishes that make the most of local ingredients and local sake.
From the boat, you can fully enjoy the night view of Hachinohe’s fishing port and factories, the flying petrels, and the scenery of Hachinohe that changes with the seasons.
